The groomers did an amazing job on my dog today! Very impressed with their professionalism while going over what they planned on doing with him. I was also impressed with the time and patients they had with him as he is nervous when being groomed. Highly recommend!

Lisa is amazing. She was so good with my German Shepherd. She explains and takes her time. Does not make you feel like you are being rushed. We will be back for sure.

My dog had the worst experience ever. He came home all out of sorts and the cut was terrible. I tried to address with the staff and their comment was that my dog was being difficult. He is a 14 lb shih tzu.. Stay away.

Bad, bad, bad customer service!! I booked an appointment for my dog, 15 mins later I got a call back asking to bring him 30 mins later from my original request as he is "dog aggressive (I was like "What? Come on, IT'S A GOLDEN RETRIEVER!!" LOL) I didn't get a confirmation call the day before. When I took my dog in, I was told the groomer had left as I was 30 mins late! I explained I got a call asking to be there 30 mins later and they said there wasn't such a thing and that they called every customer the day before confirming the appointments. Well... I didn't get a confirmation call the day before like all other customers..... They simply let the groomer go without calling me to check if I was coming.... And they never apologized for the mistake they made. This tells me ENOUGH about them. If you are considering taking your dog to this place, make sure this is the last available option you have.

I've only been to K9 Klippery twice since we moved, but they've been excellent both times. One of our dogs has an autoimmune disorder, which causes her paws, and therefore her nails, to be very sensitive. We used to trim her nails ourselves, but due to this issue, she won't let us, as she gets nippy and fidgets a lot. I took her here, explained the situation, told them to muzzle her if necessary. I didn't get the name of the woman who came out, but she said no problem. She took the dog to the back, came out five minutes later with her, all done. Very professional and patient. I will continue coming here for clipping. They also do grooming, which I have heard they do a great job at, and will bring my two dogs here to get groomed when the time comes. All in all an excellent experience.
