Best Pet Valu location. Great variety of brands. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Great people who do a lot for various dog and cat rescue groups.

As with all Pet Valus, this is a little pricey but the selection is unique. And the staff will recommend food and treats, but again this is typical. Groomer is really great. I didn't like the job the first time, but it was a simple matter of describing what I didn't like and - voila, the next few times were perfect. Groomer really cares about the dogs, that much is very clear.

Very friendly and did a very good job grooming Josie for her first haircut. And clipped Harley's nails, both dogs were very comfortable with the groomer. Thanks for the great job, well done

I would give 0 stars if possible. I just moved to Pickering from Toronto. I saw the reviews online and thought, ok I'll give it a shot. The groomers ruined my dogs face and no one (including the owner) seemed to care. The staff also gave me conflicting advice on what dog food is best for my puppy. I am so unimpressed. I believe the other reviewers received a discount for posting as this is what I've heard has been offered... and now it all makes sense. I won't be returning is the bottom line. Not exactly cheap either. A good place to go to look at products before purchasing online for a fraction of the price. :( very disappointing.

Staff are friendly and even help carry things to your car. Love that they're trying to minimize waste!
