Two nice older ladies that helped trim my dogs nails. Thanks again!

I’m not able to post before and after pictures but if I could then that’s all I’d have to say. Since I can’t I will say this. My mother has a 1 year old bichon mix with fine fluffy white fur. It was discussed in great length what was wanted and what was not prior to accepting the job. Completely shaved down was expressed in the what nots. I will also mention this, the groomer felt it was necessary to tell my mom that her dog what not a bichon. That’s right, he’s not. He’s a mix, meaning not full bread so he’s not going to look 100% like a bichon. At this point all you need to know is that he is white and fluffy and she wanted him to stay fluffy, not shaved. Anyhow, my mom shows up 15 minutes early to pick him up and they were not happy about that either. Well to her surprise, her dog was shaved down completely. Even all the fluffy hair around his face. She immediately express her disbelief and naturally was upset and didn’t feel comfortable paying for the horrible job they did. They completely did everything she asked them not to do!!! Their response was that they would file a police report. And said things like” you should take better care of your dog. He was all matted.” And “maybe you should find someone that scissor cuts then” Ummm, ok, you should have told her that when she was describing what it was she wanted. But instead you accepted the job that you were “hired”’ to do and you failed to do it. One last piece of advice, you can groom dogs all day long but it was very belittling of you to tell her that she needs to take care of her dog better. He is a very happy 1 year FLUFFY, white and puppy that likes to run, roll and play. Hence the matts, hence the need for a good dog groomer and your not it, your fired! Hope you $48 bought you good dinner.

Molly and Sadie look great...person behind counter needs a vacation..maybe she had a bad day...at least we agreed on one thing...we will not spend our dollars here again...as a retired business owner in a small town eventually the loss of every customer puts you closer to a permanent vacation(you end up closing your business).

Do not take your pet there. The owner was an absolutely mean person. When I took my Teddy Bear dog Zeke in to have him groomed she told me that it would be extra if there were any mats. Since Zeke had been brushed out just 2 weeks before I wasn't really worried about it. When I called to see if Zeke was ready she said that it would be $10 extra because she had to remove a mat. I said OK but I would not be back. (no big deal right) When I went to pick Zeke up I said so its $48.00? and the owner started yelling at me that my dog was such a mess that she should call the humane society and they would fine me $1500.00. I was standing there with the money in my hand and she started screaming at me to pay the money and get out of her establishment. She also said she was calling the police and picked up the telephone and told them that she wanted them to come and get some one out of her establishment. I paid her than left but I went to the police dept. because I did not want them to come looking for me. The Sergeant at the police dept. said that the owner did not call the police dept. and that if she did call the humane society that there is no way that they would fine me at all! I am sure that she has done this to other people and that is why I am putting this on here. I was willing to pay the money and not come back there and for that she went absolutely screaming and yelling.
