Above average pet store. My only complaint is the very poor selection of items for the planted tank hobbiest. They only have general fertilisers. If you are into planted tanks you need to go somewhere else. For the average person owner this place is great.

Bad experience! What kind of pet store does not want to sell you a pet? I Went there with my kids to get a very small goldfish. A staff member asked me how large is my tank and I told her 5 gallons. She told me she will not sell me the goldfish unless I get a 30 gallon tank. What!? The goldfish is about 2 inches long. I have been keeping fish since I was 9 years old, I know what I am doing. I know I need a 30 gal tank if the fish grows a little bigger, but for a 2 inch fish? I don't think she ( the staff member) knew what she was talking about or she just dont want to put her hands in the tank to get the fish.

Horrible grooming experience for my 6 month old Morkie. My appointment was set for 5 pm and by 5:14 pm I received the call to come get him because he was "not co-operating and stressed out". I rush back to get him and when they brought him out, the whole top of his back was buzzed and one portion of his hind leg as well as clipper marks to his skin. Needless to say I did not pay for this service. They have 0 patience and did not make this a good experience for his first time. They were well aware that this was his first grooming experience and the fact that 14 min into the appointment they were already calling me, tells me they have 0 patience and did not bother to try to get him comfortable and relaxed before immediately taking the clippers to him. I highly advise anyone to look elsewhere for a well trained, caring, patient and experienced groomer because they do not possess these qualities.
