Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like that there is a lot of variety there in terms of food and care products. There is a decent selection of fish and plants there for the average hobbyist. I think they have kept it to an appropriate amount of animals for the amount of employees they have there to take care of them.

Great help from the sales associate. Helped us make a informed decision on a lozard for our daughter. Very helpful getting us started with what we needed.

Wide variety of food and toys for dogs, cats, rabbits and more. Adoption centre and grooming salon. Nothing is lacking there

Staff are knowledgable about most things cat and dog related. Prices are good if you can find some deals.

Prices are somewhat high; even for sales items. Store is clean, staff arr friendly but aren't very visible. Very helpful, friendly customers though.
