I have been coming to Groomin'tales for YEARS with my 3 boys, Nancy and Natasha are amazing with them. They come happy and that is all that matters to me. I know they are well taken care of while there. I love that they are caged when not being washed/dried/groomed. I don't have to worry about my own or any other dog starting a fight. Kona has recently developed some skin issues and Nancy was happy to talk to me after hours and allow me to send her pictures and give me her thoughts. Thank you both for always taking care of my clan.

We have three dogs who regularly get groomed at Nancy's place. As ex-breeders of Shelties while we were in the US, we are very discerning about care and grooming. We are very happy with the care and grooming our dogs get here. Have been going here for about 12 years now. Will continue to do so. Very happy.

I booked my dog an appointment elsewhere almost immediately after he got groomed here. I wouldn't have minded the rudeness of the owner/groomer if she had at least done a good job. The young lady working the cash was very nice, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone though.

I agree with other posts, the lady grooming (I believe is the owner) the pets is extremely rude, berates and criticizes her own customers. For a groomer who is average with standard pricing, take your pet elsewhere. I would not bring my pet even if the service was free, to avoid the hassle and irritation from the experience.

My 4 dogs always look great when I pick them up and Nancy & Natashia always make an effort to fit me in to their busy schedule.
