Our Peter has been a guest at Sunnidale on occasion for over a year now. We were very concerned leaving him anywhere due to his anxiety with strangers, especially men. We checked out Sunnidale and I loved how clean all the doggy suites were. They understood Peter's troubled past before we adopted him from a shelter. We love that when we drop him off, he walks wagging his tail into Sunndale. When we pick him up, he wags his tail and gets hugs from a Sunnidale member then realizes we are there and comes to us. Peter loves and needs the comfort and routine he receives from Sunnidale. They have been very accommodating on very short notice when needed.

Our family dog went through a million changes in a short period time, and it triggered some major separation anxiety. This led to destructive behaviour which potentially could injure him or put our family in the position of rehoming him. We enrolled our dog in their 30-day train and board program. We can't express how grateful we are to everyone at Sunnidale. Everyone we met were friendly and hard at work. You can tell that they truly care about the animals. They have a beautiful facility, and every time we went up there, it was clean. The trainer, Nicole, is so professional, knowledgeable, and amazing at what she does. She's honest about the kind of work we need to put into helping our dog, and works with you to ensure that you have the necessary skills to continue the work she has done with your dog. She's thorough about answering your questions and goes above and beyond when it come to helping your dog. My family all agree that we'd happily drive the 1.5 hrs away to Sunnidale if Prince ever needed boarding again. We know he would be well cared for.

Why we love Sunnidale: 1. Our dog is always happy to see the staff 2. Pick-up/Drop-off hours everyday, including Sundays AND most holidays 3. Clean, well-maintained facility 4. Multiple large, fully-fenced outdoor runs for your dog to play in 5. Great, easy to use online booking system 6. They take the time to answer any questions you have Additionally, we are very, very happy with the results of their 30 Day GOOD DOG Board ‘N Train program. Our dog has been back home for over a month now, and family and friends are just amazed at how well-behaved and calm she is now. She’s still the same happy, playful dog, but much less anxious and reactive. We highly recommend Sunnidale Boarding Kennels!

We have been using Sunnidale for 10 years with the previous owners as well as the new. My dogs have always loved going there, they cant get out of the car fast enough, we have had nothing but excellent service. There have been a few times in the past when we cant make it back on time to get the pups and with one phone call we were put at ease, they are the nicest family out there and they genuinely care about the animals they take care of. We moved away and this is the only reason we haven't been back in a while and let me tell you, after visiting some of my options where I live now, we are just about ready to drive the 1.5 hours it will take just to get my babies to Mitch and the family just so we have the price of mind we need. My Pug Tucker loved it there as well as out Puggle Darcy, they were always so excited as soon as we pulled in the driveway, thanks for always being excellent and taking care of the only babies I have xoxo Stacey and Barry
