Wonderful grooming staff, friendly environment, my pets are very well looked after as are all pets which I've seen while there. Overall a great experience, my two boys enjoy their spa day, sometimes maybe too much as they aren't in any hurry to leave. Hahahaha.

Pet smart is a good store. I love it there, they have huge selections on anything you might need and lots of different things to use on your pets. (pet toys, grooming supplies etc.) however, the dog training was absolutely horrible there. I would not recommend that to anyone... After doing a full training course there, I now have to bring my dog to another training facility because we got nothing out of this. The classes were an hour long and the trainer wouldn't let us In the room until ten minutes after class would start because she had another bigger class in there learning. This would be fine if my class got extended ten minutes at the end. Well it wasn't... She would end class 5 minutes early (losing 15 minutes minimum all together) because "I have another class coming in"... Starting in the class 10 minutes late, she would make me wait another 5 minutes for the other person in the group to show up. (it was supposed to be a group course but only one other owner had signed up... So two people in the class) when the lady finally showed up, the trainer would not just get right into the lessons for that day, instead she would talk about her personal life and her pets at home... Leaving this course, we learned nothing other than sit and down, which I taught him myself at home so he knew that going in... I'm very unhappy with this service and the fact that I now have to go to another training facility which in one assessment (not even the actual lessons) they taught both myself and my dog so much more than an entire course at pet smart.

Friendly people here. Great food for pets, not bad for price. My dog Bandit loves going.

Always a great experience at petsmart. They are great with grooming my large dog and my dog loves going here. They have great sales and my kids love seeing the kittens for adoption and the fish section. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I edited my review from a 5 to a 3 as we had a horrific experience with grooming. My dog was shaved down to the skin and patchy and despite going here many times before with no issue I was told my dog was "dangerous" I chalk it up to lack of experience and if we do ever go back to the groomer we will request our regular groomer. We were offered a refund which was nice but it's been a month and my dog still has a hack job hair cut. Pretty embarrassing for the fact you pay over $100 for this service.

Pet grooming was expensive. The staff did a good job. However, there was confusion on length even having a pad with length examples. I will still use their services but you need to be very specific with what you what.
