Great experienced trainers who have a dog’s best interest at heart in all they do.

I can't recommend this program and the people running it enough. We are always getting compliments about how well behaved our dog is and how well he listens. One of the best aspects of dogs in the park is that they train YOU first and foremost. Understanding why you're interacting and training your dog in a certain way is just as important as the actual training of the dog. Dogs in the park is all about positive reinforcement and it really works. You can have the perfect dog, take the free puppy classes and see how.

Don't question the instructors, especially the girl on the right in the pic on their website. I was surprised when she said dogs don't like to be petted on top of their heads as I had many dogs over the years and hadn't noticed that. I wasn't questioning her judgement but blurted out "really" in surprise, when she said this. I was kneeling beside my dog at the time and she forcefully rubbed my head with her closed fist and said "how do you like it". It was closed because she had a handful of that rollover dog treat in her hand. I have cysts on my head and it was painful and unsanitary what she did. I had a few weeks left on my dogs training but never returned. I found it very unprofessional.

Highly knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you have a puppy that needs socializing and you need a solid foundation to start your training on, this is the place to go. Best puppy support system I can think of!
