Have been going to the salon here for a few years now and they are always FANTASTIC! Linda grooms my Black Russian (who is a but of a monster) and she is always pleasant, friendly, handles my pup with love and does a great job! I could not be happier with the service she and the entire team provide at this location. Well done and thank you!

Store was clean and well stocked, but I had a very bad experience with one of the employees. I was looking at a 40 gallon tank and was asked what I was going to put in it. When I told the employee it was for hermit crabs, she acted shocked and told me it was too big for hermit crabs. I understand that this employee may not be from the pet care department, but if that was the case she should not have been giving out misinformation. Hermit crabs can grow to the size of a baseball and 40 gallons is a commonly recommend MINIMUM for large crabs. Nearly all care information provided by PetSmart states that customers should provide the largest home possible for their pets. I do not understand why an employee would contradict me when she did not have correct knowledge and why she would actively discourage me from buying a product.

The store is amazing. It's big and packed with all sorts of things. I shop for my dog and bird there. They also have fish and other animals there. Every time I'm in Guelph, I make sure to stop. The staff is great. They are friendly and can answer almost any questions you could have. I've never used the grooming facilities there, so I can't speak for that area of the store.

Good service if you can find someone. This is a busey location and from my understanding the only location in guelph. Young guy in the fish department is knowledgeable and friendly. Cashiers are always very friendly to.

Very helpful, knowledgeable & positive staff. Just bought a husky she is only 8 weeks (my first ever dog - staff helped with food accessories all with smile and gave me all the time I needed. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to visit them again. Keep up your awesomeness guys.
