For larger animals (e: dogs, cats, equestrian) the store has great, safe options. However, I have two chinchillas and looking in the small pets area, almost 90% of the items were DANGEROUS for any small animals! They had plastic housing- a big no for any pet as it will shred any internal systems, a hamster ball for chinchillas- Aka a sauna death trap, since they can’t stay cold by themselves and will DIE in heat! Did I mention the many different plastics for them to chew on 😑. Despite all the negatives, (and the small selection of safe items) I did manage to pick up a lava ledge chew-which is sooo nice and, some wooden ledges. Small pet owners, PLEASE be careful buying from this store!

Excellent store for all of your pet needs! Great friendly staff who are very knowledgeable! Also they have great puppy play classes! You can take your dog there to play with approximately 5-6 dogs in a controlled environment with a trained staff member. Great way to socialize your dog and burn off some energy!
