***TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE*** I tried to return an un-opened bag of dog food which I had the receipt. I have purchased the same brand from this location on many different occasions. I originally bought the bag from a Global Pet Foods store in Guelph, but could not return it over there as they were experiencing some difficulties with their systems. I was told by the staff at 425 University Ave. that they would not except the return because this particular bag was not purchased at this location and the owner 'Doug' does not allow it. But what I found very interesting is that they would only return it for an in-store credit, which would be great had my dog not recently passed away. I believe that the owners are a very accurate reflection of their employees and do not share the simple emotion of compassion.

Love this place for the quality of and selection of raw dog food and grain-free food and treat options for both my king Sheppard and 12 week old black lab puppy. Everyone here is well educated in the products they offer and they all love animals. Every time I bring my girls in they are welcomed with lots of love, and treats and always addressed by their names. Makes for a very warm and friendly reception each and every time! Thank you to the wonderful staff at our favourite pet store!

We used to come here out of convenience (location), but we have moved and find we go out of our way to visit, even though we have several other pet stores nearby. Staff is incredibly friendly and they have a good selection for healthy pet foods. We also adopted 2 of our kittens from here when they partnered with the local humane society.

I having been coming here for a number of years. The manager knows so much about dogs she really helped me when I got my puppy and helped me figure out so much about her and then when I got a large breed she was again able to help me get through food allergies and what's best for both my dogs. Good treats, different price points depending on the clients wallet. Very grateful to this store, I drive in just for this store
