I have been sending my 4 month old puppy to doggy daycare at Pine Tree for the last month to help her with socialization and her confidence. I am so happy with the outcome- Kali is so excited to see the staff when we walk in and leaves happy & tired. Overall her confidence has risen in the last couple weeks around new people and new dogs. Super happy with the services and friendliness of this facility.

My family has been sending our dogs here for years and they have all absolutely loved it. Our golden retriever tugs at the leash to run into the door as soon as we pull up! It gives us a lot of peace of mind when we're away to know that our pet is being well cared for and having a good time.

We have 2 dogs and they always seem to love their time here and are always happy to go back. I've been a few minutes late to pick-up on occasion and have never had any issues with them demanding more money. In my experience, as long as your reasonable with them, they'll be more than fair with you. We typically get them groomed while they're there also, so they come home happy and looking great. I definitely recommend Pinetree.

I had a meeting that I had to attend overnight in Toronto. My wife was also out of town at the same time. I called to book my two dogs into Pinetree for one night. They were dropped off on Wednesday morning and I was to pick them up Thursday night. I called and spoke to the manager about my expected arrival time on Thursday. Since I was driving from downtown Toronto I was concerned that the traffic might not allow me to get to Pinetree before 6PM which is the listed end time for picking up dogs. The manager told me that if I called before 6 to indicate that I was on my way and if I arrived before 7PM then I would be allowed to pick the dogs up. If I was delayed past 7PM there would be an extra night required. I had no issue with this arrangement. Nothing was said about any extra charges for the late pickup. On the Thursday traffic was terrible coming out of the city. There was no way that I was going to get there before 6PM. I called at about 530PM and advised the young female that answered that I was on my way and that I would not get there before 6 but would definitely arrive before 7PM. I arrived at 650PM and was told that there would be an extra charge of $25.00 for the late pickup!! This was the first that I had been told of this. Had I been advised earlier perhaps I could have arranged with a neighbour to pick the dogs up for me. The Manager did not even come down to the office to advise me of the extra charge himself. He called the young girl on the phone and had her tell me. Perhaps he was afraid I might question it! Perhaps he didn't want to face me! Perhaps he knew that he was not offering good customer service! Bottom line is that I am not impressed and that will be the last time the dogs go there.
