It was pretty decent. The girl was helpful finding my items and assisting with advice about them. Even about my pet situation. Which was nice.

I gave it a 2 star rating because they do have quite a selection on pet products and other items, but the employees have no knowledge on anything ( like pet care or advice). And obviously I can't change the way they set up the store but the enclosures for reptiles and other small animals are just WAY to small one example are the crested geckos, at Pet smart they have a very low habitat which does not provide them with climbing space what so ever and at other store like Big Al's they have a appropriate sized enclosures for all their animals. And also it appears that they under feed their animals because their animals are so thin and weak looking. I highly suggest going to big al's they have better knowledge and overall a great store

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE Took my dog for a nail trim. The lady doing it only cut two of his nails before bringing him out saying that he wasn't agreeable to having his nails cut and to try again another day. When we left I noticed that she CUT the quick of the nail on the two nails she cut. She didn't mention that she did this at all. This leaves my dog open to infections and in a considerable about of pain. At no time did the person take any responsibility for hurting my dog and using that as the explanation she couldn't continue.

Ever since they change there policy the grooming has been a disaster. Quick and terrible service should be there slogan. Sarah u didn't dry my dog properly your fired. For god sake clean your work area dog hair everywhere. If your going to take my money at least do a proper job or don't charge me Sarah
