I would not take my pets anywhere else. I have been taking my pets here for over 15 years. I have called to check in on my fur babies when I am away and they are so well taken care of, they come home happy and exhausted from all of the activity. The daily photos and diary they have online definitely lets me know by babies are enjoying their time here. When something appeared wrong with my little dog, not only did the owner call the vet right away, she called me about it that very second. It turned out everything was fine, but the owner is so aware of the babies here, she always is on the side of caution. THANK YOU! This business is owned and run by the most loving folks - even though I live 45 minutes away, I still bring my babies here when I go away. We love Tails and Trails Dunrobin!

100% the only kennel I will bring my dog to, simply because he loves it so much! I have a very hyper-active weimaraner pup and the staff at tails & trails handle him with ease! They are very accommodating and ensure he gets his play time as required. The ladies on staff are so energetic and their love for animals reflects perfectly through their business. My dog attends daycare weekly and it is absolutely the highlight of his week. Excellent facility, friendly staff, well priced, very clean and spacious! I can't say enough good things about this place. Great job ladies! Keep up the outstanding work :)

I have nothing but great things to say about Tails & Trails, their staff, their services, and their knowledge. I have brought my dogs and cats to Tails & Trails for daycare, grooming, and boarding for ages. The staff ensures to get to know every pet and treat them like their own. They are very knowledgeable about every breed and all their unique traits and quirks. My one dog requires numerous medications and they are amazing at ensuring her routine isn't changed as well as being extra cautious of her special needs. My favourite part about Tails & Trails that stands out compared to any other kennel in the area is their pet journal. Being able to check up on my pets everyday makes the world of a difference when I'm away from home. Also, I am always so pleased to see how well kept the facility is. I highly recommend this kennel to anyone looking for a safe , fun and loving place for their pets.

I absolutely love Tails and Trails! My two little guys are in such good hands, and the pet journal add-on has been well worth the extra money! I look forward to seeing their little faces every day! It's great to know they're in such good hands, and they adapt the attention given based on each cat's personality. I feel very comfortable with this place, and I'm confident in their ability to care for my furbabies. I can tell the cats are comfortable too, which is what's most important. Thank you guys, for everything you do :)

Tails & Trails is an amazing kennel! I have been bringing my two dogs and cat here for years, they have a specialized area just for cats which I love. When boarding I always get my dogs groomed and bathed and they come home looking perfect and smelling AMAZING. Most of all they have the most caring staff you'll ever find, they are always so kind and gentle with my animals giving them lots of love when I am away which is very reassuring. I never have to worry about leaving my babies here because I know they are extremely well cared for. Thanks you Tails & Trails for being a very trusting place to leave my babies.
