I have to say after one visit at this ladies house, she has done nothing but ignore my wifes phone calls and when she picks up the call she gets very kurt and short then says she will call back. We gave her a chance and called back to only get the same response. This time i called back to find out why the hostility. Sandra answers the phone and i say "hello is this the grooming place?" She replied by saying "no". Then i say "is this Sandra from Doggie Spaw?" She says "yes, sorry couldnt hear you the first time". Ummmm if you cant hear someone, why give a reply? Further, i said "my wife has been trying to get a hold of you and didnt receive a call back" She then replies "i told her i was going to call back once i was done with a dog yesterday" Does a dog take 24 hours to cut???? I asked her when is she free? And she says "well im doing a bday party today so ill have to get back to you" At this point ive had enough, no replies and just rejections from this lady. I do not recommend anyone. Appears this lady has an issue with us but unknown as to what. Nonetheless. I do not recommend anyone to this groomer simply to the lack of customer service. If there is an issue Sandra, we would like to hear it as this is very suspect after one grooming appointment you treat us like this. Would definitely like some disclosure.

Rude. After how she treated me, and with the attitude she has displayed with other people, I would never leave her alone with my dog.
