I had never been in the store before. I walked in with my new pup to purchase a few items and I was the only customer in the store. It was nice to know there was a pet shop so close to home! I asked if they allow pets, they said yes. One employee came over and pet my pup, then shot me a dirty look. I started to look at treats and toys when the other employee started talking rudely about the 1 customer in the place! 2 clerks that think they are something special and wanted their lounging time I guess. If these employees can't handle taking care of 5-6 customers a day without being rude, they should be replaced. I wonder if the owner knows he has a couple of mouthy dimwits running the place? I went straight to Petsmart and spent $170 on the things I needed for my pup, I suggest you do the same. Life is too short to deal with rude cashiers.

Tiffany is -the best- staff I've had the pleasure of meeting. We walked in having no idea what to get a rescue puppy and left with knowledge, the best quality items (she will advise better suited products and inform you of all the details why) and confidence that we have a member of pet valu that knows what she's talking about and will take the time to answer any questions we have. Thanks Tiffany! Charlie hopes to see you again soon!

So i feed my dog raw. Yeah yeah, i get it not everyone supports or understands it. I go into this location because The Pet Valu off Brock Rd in Pickering carried Big Country Raw the time i last bought my puppy food. So i just assumed others carried it? Anyways, i walk in and ask if they carry Big Country raw and i get a rude, stuck up response saying “we dont carry any raw food.” I just said okay and left cause i noticed them cleaning up to close the store. Anyways, yall wack as hell, Rude as hell And yall need to fix your attitude if your working a customer service job. Horrible service. What if i was easily triggered and psychotic? fix yourself before you wreck yo self. And if i was a Boomer would you have treated me better? Probably.

I brought my puppy in after his first vet visit. Shelly and Chris were both working at the time and were amazing! They gave him some sample treats and we purchased a bag that my puppy liked. Both employees shared very helpful puppy training tips and were extremely helpful with recommending chewies and local trainers for me. It was my first time in the store and I will make sure to head there from this point on. My puppy had a great time and I was extremely satisfied with my "above and beyond" customer service. Thanks guys!
