Do not take your dog for training here! A couple months back we were told they would be able to help my dog with her dog and people fear. The trainer was an older lady who (even though she knew my dog didn’t like other dogs and has a high prey drive) had her little Pomeranian in a stroller in the training area. We spent the whole first hour session with her talking about her life and telling us to read a book and put lavender oil on my dog (both of which we did). We decided to give the benefit of the doubt and signed up for a couple more sessions. Halfway through the second session (which she spent a lot of the time telling us things she told us in the first session because she didn’t remember us) she told us that we should cancel this session and come back once we take our dog to the vet and put her on some calming drugs (which my vet found ridiculous). We called to complain and ask for a refund on the rest of the sessions and left our number to speak to a manager. Months later we still have no refund, no call from the manager. Have not and will not recommend or take any future dogs there.

When my dog needs to be groomed, this is the only place I take him. The staff is very good with my senior dog. I always pick him up and he looks so much better. I find prices to be a bit higher than I would like, however I have found some great deals. I purchased a xl dog bed for him and he loves it.

My partner's dog was trained at this location by Brenda and she has done an amazing job with him. Bailey is a Boxweiller and now 2 years old and such a well behaved dog. Giving him this early training with Brenda was very important for him as he has such a lot of energy and very strong. I will recommend Brenda 110% to all my friends and family for any dog training..

What.. happened to this store?! We used to come to this location all the way from Pickering! The staff was always so happy and were so bubbly! It was a treat going in for dog food. Now, the staff look miserable and the ones that are still there since time we have been going there, have never looked more unhappy. We can't get over how different it feels there. The new manager/boss is very... Special. While we were cashing out , she was approached by a customer with a dog who was visibly upset about something, and the manager jumped back as if someone was going to throw acid on her! She said "I'm sorry I don't really like dogs!" The customer laughed and said she should adopt a cat then. The manager said "I don't like cats either".... Really? The manager of a pet store that trains dogs and adopts out cats... Doesn't like them? Sad stuff people.

I will never come to this grooming salon ever again! I took my dog for a face clean up and nail trim. On the phone, one employee told me that the maximum amount of money that they would take was $14. We went there today and one employee said that the process would take 10 minutes. We went out of the salon and looked at some products in the store. AFTER 3 MINUTES, THE LADY SAID THAT SHE WAS DONE. We told her that we needed to clear beneath the ears and she didn’t even properly listen. The attitude of the lady was very high and she would not listen. We then went to go pay and she charged us $30! SHE SAID $14 BUT SHE CHARGED US $30. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT. WE WASTED SO MUCH MONEY! If I could give 0 stars, I would. MY FRIENDS DID NOT EVEN NOTICE THAT MY DOG GOT A TOUCH UP. PETSMART IS TRASH. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. PETSMART IS RIPPING EVERYONE OFF! This is a personal note from me to save your money. PetSmart is terrible.
