Always enjoy shopping here, however one staff member went above and beyond. I went in last week and they were out of my dogs fav treat, the Craft Beer baked cookies. I went in today and found out that that staff member had put aside some for me, she did not know my name but described me to the other staff and they found me. That is customer service, Thank you to that staff member. You made my day, and my dogs :D

I always buy my pet food and supplies at this location usually it's a nice experience but today was not. My husband and myself are both over 60 and we usually use the cart to put the supplies in the car. We were purchasing two large boxes of Arm and Hammer cat litter plus a case of cat food and a bag of dog food. The woman working said we could not use the cart. After talking to her for some time she had said that the reason we could not use the cart is that they had lost or had stolen carts in the past. I made a comment to her that do I look that untrustworthy and that cart would not even fit in my car. She didn't even hear what I said and went outside where my husband was putting the supplies in the car. When the other employees are working this is not a problem and they are very helpful. The staff member did offer to help us carry out our order but we were offended by her comments and her total indifference to what we were saying to her.
