Very large variety of dog and cat treats, food, accessories, and toys. Limited knowledge of raw food (for dogs) which I am new to and was hoping to get help with. Great gift selection.

I was looking for a jacket locally for my rescue dog, which were end of season and should have been on clearance with most stores, however they were very difficult to find as many stores were not honouring the sale. At $50 plus per jacket, they were not inexpensive by any means, not to mention it was quite time consuming to call each store to ask if they had any stock and if they were or were not on sale. After a bit of time searching for a jacket for my dog, I decided to take a quick look online to see if any stores online carried the same specific style that I was looking for and to my surprise I came across Natural Pets and not only did they have the style of jacket that I was looking for but they also had an excellent selection and range of colours and styles. I also found that their older winter stock was also on for 50% off which was fantastic as the local stores that I called if they even offered the sale were only giving 30% off. I ended up ordering 2 jackets for my dog and my neighbours little dog, and I couldn't be more happy! I ended up having to call the store as I had an issue adding in the shipping to my order, and Miriam who I spoke to was very helpful and kind. I would happily shop here any day even though I live in Vancouver and this store is in Ottawa! I would imagine if their phone service is this great, then their in-store service would be just as great if not better! I like that I can support a small Canadian business, while its a pain to pay for the shipping cost it's still worth it with the sales. Thanks for all of your help and I will certainly be shopping again!!

The smell of cat urine was so strong when I walked in , I had to leave after 5 mins. The store is very crowded and disorganized.
