Took my puppy there for the first and he was so nervous. The staffs were so friendly and happy to see him. They eventually calmed him down. They took my dog and told me to come back in 50mins. When I got back I was so happy with the grooming that my dog had. Keep up the good work guys!

My dog has literally never felt so soft and wonderful in his whole 10.5 years of life. I don't know what is in their dog friendly conditioner bit it's amazing. I really like how you can use the facilities yourself in a self serve manner. The staff are so wonderful and they are there to help you if you need it. I'll be going back again and again.

Been 8 months since they almost ruined all of my dogs fur. I own a chow chow and they shaved off the neck, underbody, and butt. They WERE successful in ruining the underbelly, as it has not grown back. The whole incident was eye opening, as we talked to the owner and were only met with blame shifting and rudeness. On the day that we brought our dog in, we received a call from the groomer that they would be "shaving the neck. Normally, we would be very alarmed at this, however we have been visiting them for a while, and every time we did we would receive similar calls using the same word, "shave", to describe the cuts they would do to remove some clumped up fur. When we arrived to pick up our dog, what we found was a mess. they had shaved all around the neck, chest, top of the back, the butt, and behind the front legs. Not only that, but they also tried to "blend" the rest of the fur around it, and in doing so only accomplished the feat of making what was already a terrible cut, even worse. In the ensuing argument, we were blamed for "allowing his fur to tangle in the first place". The reason I do not recommend them is because of this; they were not able to fully communicate the extent of which they were cutting our dogs fur. Much like any other profession, communication with the customer as to the work being done is an integral part, and in this case they failed to do so, especially when that includes cuts that were not functional. All in all, the entire incident was more than enough to get us to never to come back again.
