My wife and I used to shop at this location frequently. A few negative experiences here have turned me off. I donated many items to their garage sale which I believed to be a store sale for the rescue charity they support. I found out that the garage sale was being held at one of the employee's private residences, and I have no idea where the money actually went. Disappointed by this. Also, there was a very combative and disgruntled employee that wife dealt with on a few different occasions. She suggested my wife was a bad pet owner and started unnecessary arguments. I don't need this when I come shopping for pet food and I won't return anymore.

The staff are TERRIFIC! They are quite knowledgeable, and will clip my cats claws for a nominal fee. The proceeds going to pet adoption and animal rescue. A win-win situation in my eyes! They even have the food shipped to their store and will call me when it's ready for pick up. As I buy Blue Buffalo in the huge bags. While there is Blue Buffalo cat food there, it's not always in the huge bags, so am happy to wait for shipment day. They always greet you with a smile and are happy to see you! "Hello Dexter!" (Their in-store cat that they rescued)

Great service. They make their own cat grass as well have the cat springs, could not find them anywhere.

Very helpful and customer oriented staff. Purchased Dog food for my fussy pet and the staff helped with recommendations and suggestions that worked. Love this store and will continue to shop there.

I went in and the lady that works there said im not fit to own a cat and told me to save up my money. Very rude horrible customer service. The owner is extremely judgemental.
