Horrible place. I do think it should be close down . I and my son were depressed after the visit. Dogs in small ages like tanks with no water. Overpriced so what are their chances for quick adoption. Staff not welcoming and not nice. I really hope that they will not stay in a business. It's not right how the puppies are kept and treated

I’ve been to Pet’s Friend multiple times, and my experience has been quite good! They have a variety of puppies ( like yorkies and poodles and other small breeds) and sometimes they have kittens. Most pets their are very friendly and bouncy , including the store cat. The store owner knew a lot about the types of puppies they were sellling, and information about them. So far I am impressed with this store!

Come and spend your money on overpriced mutts, you will be sorry!!!! So this is the same place that used to be in Richmond Hill. How uncanny. Richmond Hill at least has a decent bylaw, heaven forbid, Newmarket would do so too. Please be smart and do your research people. This place only wants money and does not give a $$%# about the poor animals in the place. By the way, do not let all the four star reviews make you change your mind, I would not be surprised if they were all family members of the owners.

I bought a rabbit from them not even two months ago passed away two weeks later and got one of my other animals sick and she also passed away about 3 weeks after the rabbit I bought from Pets Friend on Younge and Mulock in Newmarket all they did was to tell me to keep it quiet and she gave me my money back straight from her purse

the puppy that i got from there in december had severe worms which cost alot in vet bills and when she was taken to be spayed the vet found that her intestines and uterus was entangled and soon there will be more information. after i get more information im going to review my options and see what the "health guarantee" is really worth at that place.
