Owner is extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store and establishes the quality and performance of them with her own animals before recommending them to customers. Staff is helpful and cares about the nutrition and happiness of your pet. Only the best products sold here. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable she carries the best pet food brands! Love the service here! My cats are on the best food because of the owners recommendations

Even though a new Global opened closer to my home, I will continue to shop here. Eva is always honest and truly cares about the pets! She is always very lovely to talk to, and her staff are always very helpful.

I never had such a bad experience with Global Pet Foods before - most of them are great. I wanted to try this as it is closer to my workplace. The owner was rude and arrogant. She threw a fit over a dog treat that was accidentally dropped by a toddler! Disappointing!

I've had really good experience at most global pet food locations except for this one. The owner is very arrogant and tells me I'm a bad owner since I don't know what I'm doing because I take my vet's advice on my dog's kibble. I came back a 2nd time wanting to see if I had just bad luck the first time. Nope. When you attack a customer like that it turns me away and never want to come back. Even though this is 5 mins from my home I'll take my business to the markham location.
