This store is a hidden gem that offers multiple experiences: superb selection of pet foods and birding supplies, at reasonable prices; farm fresh, free range eggs; and a superbly maintained dog park (need proof of vaccinations and small (refundable) fee for a fob). Well worth the drive for any of these purposes.

We were excited to bring our puppy to this dog park, but upon arrival, the man behind the counter was not welcoming at all. I began to ask questions about how we may access the dog park and he proceeded to tell me that we needed to be customers there(with no further explanation what being a customer meant). After telling me that there’s “no such thing as being a member” to the park, he immediately became defensive when he learned what we fed our dog (a high quality brand they did not carry) and proceeded to tell me how his dog park is not free and that he needed to make money on the dog food he sells to maintain the dog park. Quite frankly, I would have considered purchasing their dog food and treats but I’m definitely not coming back after that unpleasant interaction. It’s too bad really... I am someone who loves to spoil her dog and loves to support local businesses, but unfortunately this one has lost mine!

Great place! The store owner is very kind and manages the dog park sections well. We try to go here as often as we can.
