You get what you pay for. And that's absolutely why I went here with my dog. As an extremely nervous and pain in the ass owner this facility was very kind understanding, and extremely accommodating. Talk about booking last minute, they were able to get us in same day! I will absolutely spend whatever it take for my animals and although the prices are more on the higher end it's absolutely worth it for all the effort and care these ladies put into each dog they groom; and it shows. It's not necessarily something I can do regularly due to cost but with some help, tips, and tricks from the nice ladies I was told what areas on my dog needed more attention in terms of brushing at home. I will definitely be back. This is now the only place I trust with my dogs.

Great pet grooming ! Took our dog there when our regular groomer was full. Glad we did. Juliana, the owner, took the time to walk me through options for his cut, and had some great suggestions. Cassie ended up looking really good. It's obvious that this is a business that loves animals, and treats them very well. Will most definitely be going back. :)

My regular groomer has been booked solid for months, so I finally decided to try a new place. With the amazing reviews this salon has, I thought I may have found a new regular groomer. At first look after picking my Bichon-Poodle up, he looked great. Loved the hair cut, even told them I would come back for his next grooming. A couple hours after I returned home, I noticed him licking himself a lot and sitting funny. So I put him on his back to take a look. His balls/testicles were SO RED. It looked like either a layer of skin got buzzed off, or she was so rough it left a very bad rash. I've been putting medication on it for a couple days now, and the redness is subsiding slowly. But I will NEVER put my dog through that again. Very, very upset.

This place is the best, period. Thanks again Juliana! My dog, who is usually very nervous, came out of this place totally zen. Price is great, they did a really professional job. And my dog came home with a tie, report card, and treats. Only place I'll ever go again.
