Fantastic service! They helped me find what I needed. When they didn't have the special dog food I wanted they offered me a very similar kind and my dog loves it. Otherwise they said they would order it in and keep it in store for when I need a resupply for my dog. Great staff, welcoming store. Knowledgeable people.

Don't work for this branch, they are very clicky and mostly hire friends .You will be an outsider and they will not back you up whatsoever and will use you as a scapegoat if they have to. Very unprofessional treatment of new employees .Firing people for no reason is wrong,as in this day and age people depend on their job .Sad!!!!!

We have been using this store for a few months now (not sure if exact time frame lol) friendly staff and great service....the staff is also very knowledgeable, they strive for customer satisfaction and that’s a huge deal as a dog breeder....unexpected things happen beyond control of anyone but when you are willing to work with your customers and accommodate them that’s a 10 star rating in customer service!! As a dog breeder dog food is the most purchased item in my home and we look forward to having this store serve us for years to come!!

Their pet foods are better priced than competitors. They also offer premium brands like Orejin and Acana. Staff are friendly and courteous. There was a kitten roaming the store when I visited. Super cute!

Great staff! The selection of cat foods can't be matched. Service was fantastic. 100% worth the trip across town. I would recommend this store to everyone.
