This is one of the best pet superstores I've been to. Great selection of food, supplies, pet furniture, and other pet-related items. Prices are reasonable. The staff is helpful and the store is very clean and organized. There is also an automated animal tag engraving system in store which is very easy to use. Recommended for all pet owners.

I make a point of bringing my dogs to this Ren's Pet Depot location as it is clean, spacious and the staff are friendly. Cassandra is the best! She is very knowledgeable in dog behaviour so she knew how to approach my timid rescued dog when I first adopted her. Fast forward 4 years and my dog is very comfortable and trusts Cassandra. She even looks for her to say hello. Ren's has a great selection of products. On occasion there are items they don't carry. Their prices are usually lower than most of their competitors.

Some of the staff I've spoken to have been very knowledgeable about the kinds of food the store is carrying. We came in looking for quality food for our pup's sensitive stomach. The employee recommended a good food that fit our high standards and our pup loves it and it doesn't cause him any issues. Merchandise can be very pricey, not much in the way of savings, especially if you're trying to buy quality food. Regardless, this store does serve all our needs fairly well. The brand loyalty bonus is a nice perk too.

Buy all your pet supplies here! Friendly and helpful staff, super knowledgeable and they carry a wide variety of brands. Pretty frequent sales too.

We needed a new harness for Pomeranian/Spitz the girl who helped us was excellent and we took one harness home only to bring it back thinking it was too small . Well the same girl helped us again as we thought we'd get a bigger size but she very nicely pointed out we had been making it smaller not larger. Lol Got it home and same one fits perfect now . Thank you for all your help and maybe next time will bring our Pom in to meet you even if she's a barker . I think she will remember us and I am so sorry I didn't get her nameb but saying Thank you again . Great experience 👍😁
