I have been coming here for well over 20 years with all of my dogs over the years. They are always great with the dogs, very accommodating with my schedule (shift work, early mornings, etc.) and my dogs always look fabulous! I can't imagine going anywhere else! :)

I had to bring one of my clients dogs into this groomer. I spoke with Paul, one of the owners on the phone and made an appointment. The next day I was to drop him off between 8-9 am, I asked on the phone if it would be alright if the owner of the dog could pay it when she was able, as she is currently in the hospital. Paul said that would be fine and that he would tell Sue, the main owner of this business, my situation and that he was certain it wouldn't be an issue. When I arrived I explained again to Sue that I spoke with her husband that the owner of the dog I brought in wasn't able to pay for the grooming right away as she was in the hospital currently. Sue, who I was speaking with then seemed very short with me and couldn't get past the fact that I wasn't able to pay for it right away. Confused, and frustrated I left again. I called them once I was home to give my phone number to her so that she could call me when he was finished. I said " I am calling because you don't have my phone number." she then came back to me with "and you're not going to be paying for it either." and hung up the phone. I furiously went back there and got the dog and asked why she think's it's okay to be so rude to people. She said that "you were finished talking so I hung up" and that she could see my number on the call display so it didn't matter. Furthermore she went on to say that he husband had no recollection of the conversation we had one day previous. All in all it was a horrible experience and I found it very hard to believe that any one would bring their dog to this person. If you have any respect for your pets, please find somewhere else to groom them, it's worth it.
