It's nice to be able to bring my cat to the store. He loves to sit and watch the birds and mice. Prices are reasonable. Lots of selection. A nice pet supply store. I love that their cats available for adoption are all from the cat rescue shelter in St. Thomas. This is where our little bundle of joy came from.

Generally I love this location when I'm in the area. It's big, they have everything I need, and are usually super friendly staff. Last time I went though, I alerted the cashier that there was a sharp box where the cat litter section was. I explained to her that after I went to grab a box, that the box next to it cut me under the nail and I was bleeding a fair bit. Instead of alerting any of her co-workers to check it out, she mimics a voice that you would talk to a toddler with and said "Awhhh, do you need a band-aid?". Needless to say, very disappointed. I don't spend my money here to be degraded. I was just warning her of some sharp edges in the back. Not going to come here for a while because of this woman. You shouldn't treat a customer like that.

Good deals. Some stuff pricey. Staff friendly and helpful.

I live close and come here often so my review is based on numerous experiences. Watch your receipt because they have double charged me for bags of food on multiple occasions and obviously do not care to pay attention themselves because they never catch it. Also, I bring my dog in for treats but they rarely offer treats .I have to reach in at the till myself or ask only to have kinda snotty workers just give a look like it is too much for them to work a cashier till and be customer service oriented. And finally, I have adopted 2 cats through this location and both were very ill and had to be taken to the vet for a couple hundred dollars extra. Needless to say, the vet says it is the animal aide foundation that is trying to save cats but all too quickly and not taking the care to ensure their health in a quarantine situation. One had an ear infection from tons of mites and the other had an internal infection from living at a dump .I am happy to rescue them but they should be healthy when they arrive in my home and petsmart should be vetting the process a little more closely. Over the years of rescuing cats these are the only 2 I have ever gotten already sick.

Always clean, and I like that it doesn't smell. We were in to purchase a new Beta fish, I did have a question for an associate who showed me where to look for the item, although they no longer carried what I wanted. My kids always have fun wandering around looking at all the different animals.
