I went in this afternoon and was greeted by the most adorable little chihuahua. I brought in my Standard Poodle and he recieved the best care and breed standard cut that he has ever gotten. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable on the cut I wanted, and they also provided additional information that helped. When I came into pick Samson up, he was napping while he waited which just showed me how comfortable he was with the staff. Hands down the best grooming experience we have ever had, would definitely recommend anyone wanting the best for their pup!

Horrible service! I have a German shephard and we wanted full grooming service done on him. Once we got him back they barely did a cutting job on him, so we told them to cut more hair off. Usually the "barber" or "hair stylist" is supposed to fix the job and correct the mistakes, but instead here they charged double from $90 up to $160 to cut more hair! Completely makes no sense at all to pay more for a job that should have already been done to perfection in the first place. So at the end of it we paid the extra still so my boy can have his haircut properly even though it doesn't make sense to pay more. I get home and still hair on the sides of his face and not properly shaped to his body. Also, my poor boys 2 nails were bleeding and there was no attention to him after the fact and I had to stop the bleeding myself. I advise everyone not to go to this place unless they are looking for a half ass done job.

I took my dog there a few weeks ago and as I walked in I realized the A/c wasn't working and it was very hot for the dogs. My dog had a bath and brushing at this visit (in the heat). The next day I noticed her scratching her face a lot. I also noticed red patches where she was scratching. I took her to the vet and they diagnosed her with a bacterial infection caused from the grooming session which actually caused hot spots on her head and face. She wasn't rinsed or dried properly which lead to a bacterial infection. I then had to pay a vet bill for medications/treatment. I advised the clinic and they did not admit it was caused from them and said that there shampoo wouldn't cause that reaction. It is very unfortunate as I had been this clinic before and never had a problem. My poor dog had to go on antibiotics and has hair missing around her face from the infection. Its pretty sad that they didn't seem to really care and my dog had to go through this unnecessary treatment after a bath and didn't even offer reimbursement for her grooming session which caused this problem in the first place.

Excellent service, dog looked beautiful! Even more Laura Z treated her so well. Sophie is skittish with strangers but warmed up.to Laura immediately. She is definitely coming back, and so is Lucy, my friendsmom's dog because she e looked gorgeous too!

A response to the owner: I originally rated your facility 2 stars. We brought our family dog there twice; the second and last visit, we were looking around the store and could hear the girl yelling at our dog. I’m sure you didn’t know we were there, but regardless, he was absolutely terrified. He has never been so terrified at any other grooming facility. The way your groomers spoke to my dog was horrifying. Sky high prices for mediocre service. A nail trim was supposedly included, but I question whether or not one was done. Your response to my review assuming I’m “spreading negativity where it’s not deserved” was catty. I’m fully aware my reviews are public, thank you; the fact that I have found another facility that treats animals with the respect they deserve and offer a higher quality service for a fairer price, is the basis for my other review. Your spiteful response is the reason for the 1 star, only because it’s manditory.
