Had to use memory G 2 years ago and it was very nice then. I called to bring my cat to memory G and was told to go to Walden clinic NEVER stepped foot in memory gardens not even to pick my cat up. Walden never bothered to call me to tell me he was ready.I called memory G and the man said he was ready for pick him up At the clinic !??!? Really??! I had to stand in line and wait for the girl to hand me a BOX over the counter with my cats ashes in it. It was so cold & heartless and very unprofessional. 2 years ago when I was there everything was done at Memory Gardens. It was very peaceful and professional and no one was around. This should not take place in a clinic. They should meet you over at the Memory G. The next time around is pets at peace. Worth the drive. Walden is not a nice place to bring your deceased pet. Too bad memory gardens was compassionate two years ago. Not anymore..very sad. Also, there was ashes all over the outside of the urn.. and the staff at Walden Animal Hospital sign the sympathy card!?? which is wrong because they never even wanted to see my cat when he was sick!!

It has been just under a year that our Sadie girl passed over to the rainbow bridge. We have her ashes at home and have been unable to bring ourselves to bury her. Thank you to Memory Gardens for enabling us to have her ashes as home with us. Our vet arranged for Sadie to be sent to Memory Gardens for cremation and her ashes were returned to our vet in less than a week. We are so thankful for Memory Gardens. Being able to have her cremated in Sudbury just made things a little bit easier for us.

We had quite the ordeal with our vet, apparently they were going to send our beloved Crystal to New Liskeard to get cremated. We did not know this at the time. We were told we would have the ashes within a week. Day 14 she was still waiting to be picked up by New LIskeard. I was told it could take up to six weeks to get her back. We were absolutely devastated. Not acceptable to us. I spoke to Memorial Gardens to see if I could get her done there instead. They picked her up at the vet for me, did the cremation and our Crystal is back home where she belongs within a day. Thank you so much for being so caring and compassionate. We will never forget what you did for us.
