Would give them a -1 rating if possible! I'm guessing it was the owner who was assisting me, she was def sweet talking me into buying products but did not know how to treat her own employee well. Also, I've seen better service and products else where. Def went above and beyond to disappoint me.

Excellent stock, well knowledgeable, friendly staff, they really care about your pets. I would highly recommend this location.

Terrible groomer. She made me wait 30+ mins to get my dog's nails clipped -- even though I called ahead to ask if the groomer was available. When it was finally my dog's turn, she started yelling at me to calm down my dog because she was being "too fussy". (She wasn't barking, but just fidgety because someone is grabbing her paws). The groomer tried for a total of 2 mins to cut my dog's nails and then gave up and said my dog is too crazy and needs to be sedated. I've had my dog's nails clipped before. I've never had such a terrible experience. If you care about your pet, don't go here for your pet grooming needs. Side note: customer service in the store was great. No complaints.

Very knowledgeable personnel. The owner is extremely personable and helpful in any situation; personally helped me years ago in a dire situation a number of years ago to which I am very thankful. The store is very organized, clean and products easily found. They work with the Brampton shelter and rescue groups featuring animals for adoption.
