Clipps and Crafts is great! It was my first time bringing my cat here for a lion cut , and all I can say is great service and super friendly people! From the minute I walked in the staff was so welcoming and let me stay the whole time my cat was being groomed. They were so gentle and sweet with her! They did such an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place !

Clipps and Crafts have the best team of groomers in Bowmanville. They keep pets safe and at ease during their bath and trim's and send them home looking incredible.

Not only horrible with my dog, horrible customer service as well. My dog does not like having his nails cut and we wanted this to be a positive experience from him. The lady who cut his nails thought being aggressive and holding animals down is the way to get them to listen. After continuing to make my dog scared and cry, she decided to talk about how us as I paid because she thought I had already left the store. Our dog is a great dog, we have never had any problems with him and he is great with other dogs and people. We will never bring our dog back here ever again and I don't recommend ever bringing your pets to her

Excellent with my mom's cat. Very friendly and caring with her. Edit: Recently had my cat done here. They took great care of her. A simple shave and nail trim cost only $50.
