Both locations the one at the plaza by the Bank of Montreal and the one beside the Bulk Barn . The staff are very kind and helpful to all their customers. You can tell they love animals because of the way they are when you go into the stores. If you need something specific than that is the place to go.

Prices can be on the high side but the have more stuff than places like walmart. Fish usually look sick and there are always dead ones present in the tanks. Nice staff.

The self service print area is a like a goat rodeo. And frequently unusable systems. Fix this please! Don't just throw one person at it she is getting tired and grumpy. And for good reason. Just make the whole setup usable.

The staff is always helpful! The prices keep climbing almost as high as buying @ the vet. However that's the "price" we pay for the ones we love.- It would be nice if the Bracebrige stores offered grooming as I will never take my cat back to the guy in Gravenhurst! 1st person in 8 yrs to terrify my cat. He has loved being groomed until last time the guy was rough & frightened my cat. The groomer asked me to leave the room, when I heard the terrifying screaming from the cat I had to stop it! Also paying double what I paid @ Huntsville Pet Valu the previous yr. I must apologize for taking this forum to talk about the groomer . I thought people should know he doesn't like CATS!

Cassandra, Sydney, and crew came through when I realized I forgot my dogs Pet Value food when I came up to Muskoka. Friendly, courteous and a big Paws Up ! From Phoenix and I.
