Terrible place to bring your pet. If you love your pet, DO NOT BRING THEM THERE. The woman is beyond rude, obnoxious and aggressive ( I can only imagine how she treated my pets behind closed doors) and does a very bad job grooming my cats. there are uneven shaves and she does not bother removing all of the matted hair from my cats even though that is what I brought them there for. I've put up with that woman mainly because her pricing and the convenience but after a recent obnoxious experience, I decided to take them somewhere else. I have a new groomer that is close by but charges a little bit more. Regardless of the price, the woman is extremely nice and professional and my cats are groomed beautifully. Please, please, please spend a little more for the sake of your pets. This place is not safe for them.

If I could give less then one star I would. Extremely unprofessional and poor service. After bringing my half shaved 10 month old persian ragdoll cat home I was extremely upset with how ridiculous he looked. His back was the only thing shaved because he became fussy midway cut . I suggested to the groomer to maybe place a cone around his head to calm him down and finish his shave, she simply replied whilr back turned "you can try that, with another groomer"and as I was leaving she added "maybe I should try combing my cats". I bring my cats to the groomers to groom them in places I cannot reach myself. My cat is as sweet as they come and I will not be bringing him back. If you value your time, money and if you love your pet do not bring them here .This was just one of my unpleasant experiences.

The grooming on my dogs have been great

have been taking my dog there for four years now and i have started to notice the quality of work and customer service has drastically changed ... My mom brought her to this place recently for a trim and she basically got blasted for not bringing her sooner .. we couldn't afford an extra cost like this until now not that it is the owners business ... And she shaved our dogs ears completely so she has been shaking her head like crazy not liking it ... She also has strands of fur hanging down not cut completely .. quality has gone down completely .. check out PetSmart for grooming we will be trying them next time at least they have good reviews

***SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR PET** I’ve been bringing my puppy Coco here for a little over a year, it’s not always the most thorough job and she may have the occasional nik but the last couple of trims have been really bad. She came home with several niks that she constantly scratched because they were uncomfortable. After her appointment on Monday Feb 12 2018, when we picked up Coco she had banadages on 2 of her paws. The lady asked if she goes outside a lot because Coco has salt burns. Said she point ointment on them & bandaged them up. I knew something was off because Coco only goes out to the backyard & for that reason, we don’t salt there. When we got home & the bandage fell off, there was a lot of blood. Her foot kept bleeding & when we called the lady back to find out what happened; she didn’t answer. It’s Sunday Feb 18 2018, Cocos paws are still bleeding when she walks for too long & the lady still hasn’t returned our calls or voicemails. This is the first time I’ve read the reviews of other in regards to here & I really wish I read them before I started taking my dog there. I do believe they aren’t nice to the animals there, they’re always crying in the cages. More than I’ve really seen at any other groomers. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG THERE!!
