We've been going here for a few years now! We moved to Brampton but we still make the drive up to Caledon to have them groom our boys! Nice ladies, very professional. Highly recommend.

Mel is such an amazing groomer and person! She really takes the time to explain everything going on and is always so sweet and gentle with my dogs. They are always excited to see her and they always come out looking spectacular! I have never had a groomer care so much about my fur babies!

Burned my dog's scrotum with clipper burn. Required a vet visit because they would not return phone calls and my boy was in a lot of pain for days afterward. The lack of concern, caring or basic accountability was most alarming. ***Update, still have not received a call despite the message below. We spent ($210) at the vet and bought a cone on our own at PetSmart including creams/oils first, before caving on the vet. He was in severe discomfort and needed attention. You provided not a single aid aside from telling us to use GoldBond or perhaps a travel pillow if we didn't have a cone. All in, it turned into a minimum $375 grooming nightmare using your service. You should be checking your messages and that seems like a fairly weak excuse. This is our boys 3rd grooming (his age is 9 months), but first at your spa. We were on vacation for 2 weeks and the daycare did not do a great job brushing but, I sincerely doubt that would be the reason for your negligence. Thank you for your response, I am certain you have many satisfied clients. In this instance you guys fell short and the apology seems hollow without any actual action behind it. I'm disappointed and upset, my heart sinks hearing him cry all night, but not certain there is anything I can do but leave this review. **Final Update - spoke with the owner this afternoon, ultimately we disagree on the result of the grooming. She is placing blame on us that we don't groom well enough and I mentioned we brush every day, sans our vacation. She did say this type of incident was not normal, but failed to take accountability for my dogs current condition. We also disagree about the reason and result of our vet visit. She believes it is because of Hank's licking and I believe it is clipper burn. She asked why I did not want to speak to the groomer herself and frankly, I am still too upset to do so. However, I commend her for supporting her staff and for scheduling time with me. Ultimately, I cannot raise this review because we do see things differently in this instance and there is zero accountability from her side throughout. From phone calls to the grooming itself. It was all me (the customer/client) and personally I cannot engage with a business like this. The result of the grooming was excessive and expensive, but Hank is feeling better after his vet visit! Time will tell with future grooming at other spas after continuing our current daily brushing routine. I will update this listing then, perhaps it is us - but I am doubtful.
