Great service and friendly staff. Ashley and Pat were awesome in answering all our questions and helping select the right products for our pets!! Great job ladies!

Excellent customer service and selection. They have a loyalty program where every 10th bag of food is free! Be sure to register.

Good selection of dog bones but they never EVER correctly keep track of how many bags of food you bought for their reward program.

everytime i visit this location and the older lady is there the service is deplorable. she never acknowledges you and have a mean look when you ask her for help. one time she was assisting someone and saw me waiting assistance for the past 10 minutes and she never once said hello or sorry i will be there in a minute. a second incident is i picked up 6 bags of the same treats and she looked at me and said the item is not on sale. another incident i asked for a specific brand of food she said they don't have it and walk away. i thought i am done with this location after 6 bad experience. so i went to the other location on main st and there that miserable women is again. so apparently she owns both stores and is a shareholder of global pet foods. now i never go into any of the gpt stores in milton but drive to brampton because of their customer service.
