We tried Pet Makeover after being recommended by our vet. Our mini goldendoodle looked amazing by the time they were done. They really took their time and did a fantastic job. He has gotten so many compliments on his haircut. His paws, ears, belly and sensitive spots were cleaned up perfectly and neatly. It’s cooled him right down for summer :). We’ll be returning again for his next haircut!

Amazing place! It was recommended by a friend at work and it's definitely worth it! Ladies did a really good job on our husky. Our pup looks and smells beautiful. I highly recommend it. She got a free Christmas bandana as well! • great and fast service • friendly staff • reasonable prices • parking available for customers

We have been taking our dog here for a while now, and a few times she comes back with cuts near her eyes. I let it slide because I figured it was just a difficult area to clean. She also seems to get very nervous when we pull up to the parking lot of Pet Makeover. She starts trembling. This last time she was shaking and crying, and began to paw at me as if begging me not to bring her inside. My dog was there for just over 5 hours! I made an appointment a week in advance for 12pm. Took her there on time and didn't get a call from them until about 4:20pm saying she will be ready in 45 minutes. I got there at 5pm to pick her up and they still needed "a few more" minutes. So I paid, and it was more expensive than usual (over $70) ... when I asked what she got done I was told "she got everything done today". When I asked if she got her glands drained she said "I'm not sure if that was done" ... A little confusing? She didn't even get back to me on that as she said she would ask the woman who did groom her. I then asked the owner politely why I was asked to bring her so early in the day if they didn't start grooming her at that time. She responded saying that next time I book an appointment to say that I'd like her to be done in an hour and a half - two hours. She said that is how long it takes anyway. Unbelievable! When I bring my dog for the SCHEDULED appointment time, I expect that she get treated at that time. Not 3 hours later! They are clearly not mindful or considerate of their clients' time or of the dog's care, and just want to push as many dogs down the line as possible. When my dog finally came out she was still wet and had long pieces of hair and looked uneven ... chunks of her cut off hair were falling all over me. It's like they did a half-fast job because they were closing in half an hour (and still had every table full of other dogs) and then made me pay extra for having her sit in a cage all day. Poor thing panted the whole drive home too. Do you guys even give the dogs water to drink all that time they're crying in cages?? My dog was distant with me the rest of the day and looked extremely sad. Not impressed! It's safe to say we will never be bringing her here again.

Pam and Maria are the best. They will take care of your dog better than you do.
