Due to unfortunate circumstances my dog who's a GSD can be aggressive to strangers, however the staff at Best Boarding were extremely helpful in making sure both myself and my dog were at ease when I had to go out of town for the week. They set him up in an run so that the staff were safe when feeding him and he could have the space and freedom to move and not be confined. I'm very grateful that my dogs fear due to his past did not interfere with him getting the greatest care when I couldn't be with him! 100% recommend this place!

Extremely unprofessional. I made a reservation in February 2017 for 3 weeks boarding in August, got a confirmation and booked my vacation. In June I tried to make another reservation for July long weekend and they e-mailed me back saying they are under construction and can't take reservations. This is fine. I did however ask about my previous confirmed reservation in August and they told me it won't happened because they'll still be under construction. Why didn't they notify me before? i'm left scrambling now for boarding in August. I found this very unprofessional and will no longer be returning to this kennel.

I had the BEST experience with Best Boarding Kennel. The owner and staff were eager to please and very accommodating when I had my major spinal surgery. My puppies arrived back at my home as promised. Very well taken care of and they must have been fed well as they actually put on weight. My dogs were clean odor free and happy when they were delivered to my home by the owners. They were very friendly and happy to have helped me during a very trying time. I will continue to use them and recommend this very well established business to all my clients in confidence from my first hand experience with them. You are the BEST !

My dog was cared for and I think enjoyed herself. I just wish I was able to see the "barn" for the VIP service I paid for. Also I am not sure why she came home with two containers of food, which I provided for her four meals. I called on the Sunday and left a message and got a return phone call to say she was doing fine. This is the first time she was away from home for the night. Staff are friendly and were good with her.

Awful customer service! In November 2016 I made a weeklong reservation for my dog for March Break. The person I spoke to on the phone at that time was great- very knowledgable and informative. When I tried to get a hold of the kennel in February, just to confirm the reservation and follow up, not a single person answered the phone or returned my messages. After trying for three days straight, I finally sent an email requesting kennel confirmation and a call back. I received an immediate email response stating that my reservation was cancelled because the facility was being "updated." When I asked for a call back again, I received another email restating the original message. Bottom line- I had flights booked, not a single person notified me of the facility work and cancelled appointment and I had to scramble to find an alternative kennel. The fact that not a single person was available or willing to speak on the phone over three days (during their office hours) was unprofessional and alarming. Based on that alone, I would not trust "Best Boarding Kennels" with any pet.
