Very cute. They were very friendly animals. The biggest problem is I wanted to take all of them home. Adoption fee is very reasonable considering pet is spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed and treated for fleas. I highly recommend adopted pets. I've never regretted any of my rescued pets.

She gets one star I would love to give her zero such horrible woman i wanted this rabbit called winterfell pure white i told her i would come in to pay for her I signed up for winterfell so they put sign that said sold and she decided to sell winterfell over night she lied stating that someone picked it up using my name so she gave the rabbit to who ever it was. I think her business is pathetic wouldn't be smarter to call the person to make sure that person was picking up the rabbit?!?!

Shirley is sweet and knowledgeable. She genuinely cares about the cats and that they go to a good home.

Not where I would get a cat or dog from

This lady is rude, considering I didnt say a word to her, she is super racist. She stated my dog was abused not sure how, since I just stocked up on food and she groomed.. to make matters worse I am not allowed to park in the accessible parking cause she thinks it belongs to my grandmother who passed away in 1996. I don't agree with being a racist and to push that on anyone it's not nice and not fair. I have engaged in any conversation with nor did I plan to but to be looking at my puppy and saying i know you are being abuse and let her know she would take her home. Very disturbing and disappointing. I don't know why Petsmart Heartland still has her there. Racism shouldn't be a thing. She needs to step away and shut down Paws and Tails. Terrible lady . Her name is Shirley Cook.
