Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Beth who was able to amend an overseas, online issue I had with an order. Beth was upbeat, a delight to talk to through the matter and demonstrated outstanding customer service! She went above and beyond to rectify an issue and I truly appreciate that. Great customer service is a dying quality and Beth was a lovely reassurance that it's still out there. Keep up the fantastic work Beth!!

They sell their reptiles way too young. Nor do they question the buyer to see if they actually know what they’re doing. We talk to a young customer there and she said she had. Bearded dragon, for 3 months... then it died.... I’d say 50% sold too young, 50% no background check to see if they knew how to care for it.

Great place to shop for the pup. Only issue is the only ones knowledgeable about dog food was the dog food reps wandering the store... Was looking for someone little less biased to help lol

I love coming to this PetSmart the staff are very friendly and they have a good selection for various animals. In addition, if you have a lizard, arachnid or any other animals that eat insects their mealworms are very good.

Overwhelming selection of dog food and treats. Prices run high here. Don't be fooled by the 'SALES'. Unless you have a PetSmart card! I believe they are free for customers, however, on our visit to the Ancaster location on Saturday, my husband was paying for the items for our Schnoodle Sam. Which was 2 Beaver Canoe sweaters--supposed to be on for $26ish from $34ish, without the card you don't get the sale prices. We had other items as well that showed on sale on the shelf, but no dice without the card. The issue here.... The CSR on the floor did NOT advise we needed a card to get the sale price, even as I was discussing with him how great the sale price was. We did not see any dig age saying that you needed the card. I took Sam outside to wait for my husband at the checkout. When he came out of the store he was obviously ticked about this, as the teller told him AFTER she rang things thru about the sales being card members only! She DID NOT OFFER for him to get one! Pretty shady dealings, as we dropped almost $200.00 there! Not impressed at all. I know well that the consumer needs to be aware of things like this - BUT it should also be the responsibility of the store staff to inform the customer properly! We will NOT BE GOING BACK TO ANCASTER PETSMART!!!
