Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Maybe needs a little more inventory & live animal variety for sale. The staff is not only helpful but very informative about their products & their animals. Love shopping here for this reason.

Grooming is too expensive. Lots of pet food but light on things like dog clothes, dog car seats, dog back packs (human carrying little dogs back backs), boots, first aid supplies etc. Could use a bigger selection of toys. I could not buy the grooming comb I wanted but ended up buying a similar one (human version) at a dollar store. The pet version comb was easily available on Amazon and has a bigger handle than the human version. Cool promotional ideas like pictures with Santa. Staff are usually so busy they don`t have time to seek customers to assist. I usually have to go to cashier and then the cashier finds me a employee then the employee appears rushed. That results in me not really knowing if the product is right or fits so I don`t buy it. I will go back but I think they could improve. It is wonderful that they have the adoption centre in the back for Oxford County Animal Rescue, (big KUDOS for that), but there should be something to point people back there as it could be easily missed being tucked away in the back corner. I could have spent a lot, a lot more money there if they had more selection and better service. So I end up spending it on Amazon where the selection is large.

Good staff. Very informative. The kids were happy to learn some facts about our new puppy. Had a lot of things we needed to make her first nights happy ones

The girl at the front cashier asked me how my visit was. I told her my dog was scared of the loud pumps that pump the air in the fish tanks and also my dog was also scared of the Loud noise coming from the refrigerators that keep the raw food. She said that they were aware of the problems and did not have a solution, I told her I cannot bring my dog back into the store until it's fixed.

Service and staff are nice. Seems expensive for a lot of items. Betta fish - many looked sick and a few were dead.
