We have been using Patti at unleashed creations for about a year. We have always been pleased with the results and our dogs love their spa day. Patti is always pleasant, helpful and certain to point out any concerns she may have with the dogs health whether it be lumps, bumps or tics. The nail trimming service is great. Be sure to book well ahead and you will not be disappointed.

Price is a little more than some places but it's well earned. Clean, friendly, cozy environment with friendly staff. The cuts are well done!

I have been taking my 3 dogs to see Patti for a long time and have never been dissatisfied, always very friendly with both the dogs and myself. If you want someone who will do a great job on your dogs or cats and will treat them with kindness Patti is the groomer you want.....Thanks for all you do for my babies!!!

Had been going here for a few years. It's way out of town and there's nothing nearby. Dogs were always upset when I took them there, but they need a cut right, plus a friend recommended them. Things started going downhill when Patti had a baby and hired kids to do the work, but you're still paying the same pro rates. The quality has declined somewhat but these aren't showdogs. The last straw was when Patti hung me out to dry on a really rainy day. Cancelled my appointment over ten minutes but didn't bother to tell me till I got there. Sorry, I can't control the Red Hill. I'm driving over an hour to bring you business and you don't have ten minutes? Thanks but no thanks. UPDATE: Well the appointment was 900 and this review was originally posted before 930 so you do the math. Bryant's Pet Grooming in beautiful Burlington (2 min from Guelph line/QEW) did a wonderful job, even offering to stay open a bit later to accommodate a same day Friday appointment. Pretty accommodating for a first time customer. Dogs look great for less, and the time commitment for me was 10 minutes instead of 3+hours in Binbrook (because who's gonna drive that far twice?) It's nice to have personable service by someone who appreciates your business. Great finish to a disappointing morning. Go Jays!
