What a wonderful place to take my dogs!! First experience last year after one of my guys was sprayed by a skunk. The staff was so great to us. Second experience this week. Treat for a bath and nails again staff is amazing. We will be returning! This staff also works so hard. They must be exhausted at the end of the day! Thanks for a great experience.

I just brought my 5 month old frenchie into Animazing Hamilton location today to get a his first full bath; the girls are amazing! I was nervous because he’s small; approximately 12 lbs but the girls were soo good with him; I’m definitely coming back 😊🐶💙

I have been loyal customer since it opened and have nothing but great things to say!!! Except for today when i went in, the girl.was rude and nobody acknowledged me so i asked I asked low long and she said im.almost done this dog but I'm going for lunch so you will have to come back!! This is not there policy, so I left. Maybe the girl was inexperienced so i will go back because I love this place!!

I brought my 8 year old 7lb Chihuahua here a few weeks ago for the first time to be bathed. I had previously heard great things and liked the idea that this type of bath would get right down to his skin rather than just his fur. Which would reduce dandruff. When i arrived there were 2 large breed dogs waiting and 2 of the 3 staff were already busy, so i knew i was in for a wait. I was hoping for a fast in and out like advertised, but with it being a saturday and the weather getting warmer i assumed there may be a little bit of a wait. It was about 30 min before my dog got on the table. As i was being called over to a free table a husky was being washed and there was white fur flying everywhere. I came out covered in white fur , as did my dog. I feel that maybe this type of dog should be by apt and be done when other customers are in the small room. This was a new experience for both me and my dog so of course he was a little nervous. The girl proceeded to put a rope around my dogs hips then tightened it so that his back legs were almost off the ground and then put one around his neck, she then had to use a metal clamp to make the rope around his neck smaller as he is a very small dog. I had to continue to mention to the girl who i feel wasn’t very experienced that the metal clamp was poking at his eyes, as i was worried it would hurt his eyes. I don’t feel that a 7 lb dog needed a rope around both his neck and hips. I also don’t feel they had the proper equipment for such a small breed although they claimed they do small dogs all the time. The girl was not cautious as to avoid getting water in my dogs ears, which can cause infection. And when it came time to spray the Pure Oxygeb formula she wasn’t cautious of his eyes or ears again. I had decided to also get his nails trimmed, this is where the experience turned terrible. She was holding my dogs legs at an odd angle and when he was struggling she would just hold tighter, i was worried about his being injured. I had to tell her a few times to just let him go and we will try again in a second once he calms down a bit. She had finished one back paw and then i hear my dog yelp, i thought she had cut down too far and hit the quick. But she had actually cut the pad of his paw. She then said this wasn’t a big deal and it happens all the time. She then went over to another employee and explained what had happened and she asked what to do. Which surprised me due to the fact that she says it happens all the time and it’s no big deal. The other girl said “you cut the pad!?” She was then told to spray some of the shampoo pure oxygen on it to clean it and help it heal. I was told to keep an eye on the wound and if it gets worse to go see a vet. I was not happy at all! My dog favoured his back paw for a few days, i kept an eye on it, and all turned out to be ok, but i will never ever bring my dog back to Anamazing. I don’t know if the girl was inexperienced, brand new, or if she wasn’t trained properly, but i felt very uneasy the whole time. Thank goodness my dogs pad was ok, because this bad experience could have turned out a lot worse!

I have been to the one in Burlington and it doesn't smell like that.
