Can’t say enough good things about this place! We bring our dog here at least 3 times a week and not only does he come home absolutely wiped he comes home CLEAN. the staff bathe the dirty dogs which is so nice. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly!

Originally brought my dog to be boarded a year ago and our experience was positive. As was a follow up grooming session and day care visits. However my last few visits have been less favourable. His recent grooming was done twice and he still was not done to my satisfaction (hair too long and scraggly) and his paws were muddy when I picked him up. Told he had to get parasite prevention before his visit today and was told when I got there that they meant flea prevention. So I visited the vet and redid the medication. And my biggest complaint is when I pick him up his paws are muddy because there isn't room for him in the inside playground and no one washes his paws off before he goes home. I am not bringing him back.

We were stressed out to the max traveling over Christmas and not being able to bring our dog with us. But we can tell he really liked his stay at Gonzo's. We saw pictures of him getting play time outside as well as the common area indoors. He also had gotten muddy and they washed him before we had picked him up. We will definitely be returning customers

Our Emme stayed for 3 nights, we were able to see pictures on their Facebook page of her everyday playing with the other dogs. She was treated to a complimentary spa treatment and smelt amazing. We will be contacting you soon about grooming/spa services. All the staff we have met there are friendly caring people.
