Great work! My Cocker Spaniel Juliet always looks and smells so good after her haircut. Been going here a few years now.

I want to give Elizabeth 10 stars if I could. She is fabulous business owner very professional. My airdale always is treated wonderfully and Elizabeth has been so very accommodating. I shouldn't give her such a good review because it will only encourage others to take their pups there and then Elizabeth will be too often busy! Oh well I have to be honest and rate accordingly :)

If I could give less then 1 star I would. This woman butchered my golden retriever. Behind his ear is stripped of fur and the first layer of skin. If you love your pet DO NOT send it here. I never write posts or reviews but this place should be shut down! He's a gentle big guy and she was so rough with him. This experience was nothing short of animal abuse. ** In response, NO he IS groomed. He is brushed, groomed and bathed by a groomer closer to home regularly. The only reason he came to you is because our groomer couldn't see him and his knots were getting larger ( no where close to baseballs... that's a HUGE exaggeration) Knots happen due to playing with his broth and we aren't trained to get them out, and that's why he came to you. Had we known he would be cut up like he was I would have brought him somewhere else. Our other animals came to you before we started having issues each time. They always get burned or cut and the last time our border collie came in, I picked her up and saw your helper about to hit one of the other dogs. You can do all the reading you want on our file, and try to spin anything you'd like to, but our animals are well cared for and loved. Not a single animal has EVER been neglected as you suggest in your response. You can make any animal "smell pretty" but if you aren't skilled enough to NOT cut an animal, then you shouldn't be grooming them. If something is out of your depth of knowledge, don't do it. Don't risk cutting the poor dog. His bottom was cut open as well and took weeks to heal, and he had to be put into a neck cone to stop him for licking and scratching himself. For the price you charge, I'd expect better results.

I called for a last minute toe nail clipping and they accepted with grace. They are very friendly and affordable! Highly recommend!
