I have taken my dog here twice, once in Dec 2019 and once in Dec 2021, both times, my dog has came back home way too skinny for my liking, it is almost like he didn't eat whilst he was there both times. The first my dog came back 5-10 pounds less than what he was before he went there, then the next thing you know, he is scratching his ears until they bleed. The second time I was beyond disgusted with, my dog came back home and it seemed like he didn't eat at all while he was there, even though we instructed them to free feed him. On top of that he came back voiceless and in very rough shape, he is now limping and not bearing weight on one of his front paws. Keep in mind they didn't even take the time to remember when he was even supposed to come in. We told them from the 9th until the 24th of December, they called me in September and asked where my dog was and if I was bringing him in. I explicitly told them that we wanted it booked in December.

Resort is the key word. We've left the puppy twice for travels and every time, he has the time of his life and barely wants to come back with us when we pick him up! And you can see them have fun on their Facebook page!

The staff are a family of very accommodating and friendly people. I trust them with my dog and I love that they are obviously animal people: I think they like the dogs even more than their owners. There are fenced paddocks where you can allow your dog to play on their own or with others their size--and where, weather permitting, they are outside 5 times a day for up to 2 hours each time (my husky-shepherd loves this). They take pictures of all the dogs when they're outside playing for their Facebook page so you can see your fur-babies in action. Great prices for housing a large dog in a comfortably-sized kennel, especially if you need to leave them for 3+ days.
