I went to buy food for my cat and staff introduce me to cat food area and recommended origin. So I grab a bag but after went back home, when opened it I realized that’s actually DOG FOOD!!! Luckily my cat didn’t get sick. I went back to store to exchange for cat food. However, without and explanation or apologize, the store staff showed very BAD ATTITUDE, scorn, no explanation, refuse to apologize, claiming it’s all customers fault that we took the wrong bag. Refused all words he said before and said he never put dog food to cat area. He claimed that we will never be able to reach the manager or owner. No security camera,. He said : if you want to claim you can send to store email. But that GOES TO ME, so there is nothing we could do. WILL NEVER GO BACK! DISAPPOINTED!

Best dog grooming available to my knowledge. By far. He never wants to leave after being groomed there. Very friendly staff and professional service. Never had an issue. Always shampooed to perfection and trimmed to perfection.

Very bad customer service and rude staff at Pet Social at 22 Bathurst St. I called for an appointment to groom my dog and booked it for three days in advance. I get to the store on time for the appointment and an employee tells me that I had missed my appointment. They had mistakenly scheduled it for 10 am instead of 11 am. Nobody from the store called me to confirm the appointment the day before or confirm if I was still coming after supposedly missing the 10 am appointment. When I asked why they had not called me, the employee said that “it was not her responsibility to remind customers to show up for their appointments”. They refused to take my dog for grooming even though they had screwed up the timings because they were booked for the rest of the day. I took time off work to take my dog grooming but they seemed not to care about it. I am very upset with this situation and I recommend other pet owners not using their services unless you want to experience the same. I am never bringing my dog back to this store and I will suggest other dog owners that I know not to use their services anymore. In this day and age they need to take care and value their customers.
