Amazing quality!

I purchased a carrier for my little dog, I have purchased many different kinds but none were as good as the one I bought at Neo-Paws. My little girls loves being it it and it is confortable for me to wear. The customer service was amazing and Ronnie really made it easy to find the right things for my dog. I would highly recommend Neo-pews for any of your dog needs. will be shopping there exclusively.

My dog is an amputee/tripod, he lost one of his front legs and we noticed that he is having difficulty balancing when on slippery so we went on-line and found Neo-Paws and picked up a pair of shoes for his back paws which we learned will also offer him shock absorption for his hips and with all the weight on his back-end, he's going to need that! We are thrilled with the service and education they offered us, not to mention the outstanding shoes which now have stopped him from slipping everywhere.

121 RIVER STREET LOCATION This was my first and last time taking my dog here to get his nails done. I walked in and it smelled and looked like a hoarders house. I realized that they stored things from the actual store there, but I felt that it should've been cleaner for people to walk through. There was a little path that they made for people to walk through to the back room. Once I got to the back room, the groomer had a smock on, with no shirt underneath it - just a bra. The smock had a huge rip in it which allowed me to see her right breast. VERY unprofessional. She lifted my dog up on the table, and cut his nails. While cutting them, she made him bleed 4 times. Not just a little blood, a lot. It was all over her, all over his paw, and when I got home, all over my hardwood floors. I should've turned back and listened to my gut feeling as soon as I seen the condition of this place, but I didn't. I want to warn all dog owners not to take their dogs here!!

I called the main line at Neo-Paws to ask them for advice on Sam's skin since it was irritated and itchy from the shampoo I had used to wash him with and Ronnie offered her expert opinion on how to soothe his skin which totally helped: Rinse him again to make sure to get any shampoo residue off and apply some coconut oil and if it continues then apply some gold bond anti-itch powder to ease his distress and eventually the skin will settle from the allergy.

These are the cheapest dog toys I've ever found, even with the shipping cost. My dog loves her toys and we got them in the days before we expected them. They have a wide variety of toys and amazing customer service. I will definitely buy from Neo-Paws International again.

Being a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish Wolfhound named Belker. The dog's owners, Ron, his wife, Lisa, and their 6 year old boy, Shane, were all very attached to Belker and they were hoping for a miracle. I examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. I told the family we couldn't do anything for Belker and offered to perform the euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home. As we made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told me they thought it would be good for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure. They felt as though Shane might learn something from the experience. The next day, I felt the familiar catch in my throat as Belker's family surrounded him. Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog for the last time, that I wondered if he understood what was going on. Within a few minutes, Belker slipped peacefully away. The little boy seemed to accept Belker's transition without any difficulty or confusion. We sat together for a while after Belker's death, wondering aloud about the sad fact that animal lives are shorter than human lives. Shane, who had been listening quietly, piped up, ''I know why..'' Startled, we all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned me. I'd never heard a more comforting explanation. It has changed the way I live. He said, ''People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life - like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?'' The six-year-old continued, ''Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay as long.'' Remember, if a dog was the teacher, you would learn things like: When loved ones come home, always run to greet them. Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride. Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy. Take naps. Stretch before rising. Run, romp, and play daily. Thrive on attention and let people touch you. Avoid biting when a simple growl will do. On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass. On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree. When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body. Delight in the simple joy of a long walk. Be loyal. Never be something you're not. If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it. When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by, and nuzzle them gently. ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY!
